About Motivity

The power of creating movement

Our Story

Motivity began from the belief that more could be done to help people, especially for those who had tried traditional care and were unsuccessful. Once people experienced the treatment at Motivity, they understood that high quality Manual Physical Therapy could not only get them out of pain, but help their bodies feel even better when they weren't.

Garrett is the founder of Motivity PT which opened in 2019 in Chicago IL. He grew up in San Clemente Ca, received his Bachelors in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine while playing soccer for Cal Poly Pomona and received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from University of St. Augustine in San Marcos in completing the Manual Therapy emphasis.

Garrett is a curious student of the body and has a passion to help people experience their body optimally. This curiosity and desire to learn has led him to relocating to learn from some of the best Manual Physical Therapists in the country in places like Chicago, IL and Steamboat Springs, CO.
